Buddhist Chakra Meditation Series is the practice of meditating on each individual chakra in depth, focusing on two or three chakras per class.
Through an hour-long class individuals receive chakra-specific Sanskrit mantras, visualizations, key words, and concepts that focus on the energy center for deeper understanding.
Individuals can be seated or choose to lie down comfortably on their mat for the practice. One of the main objectives is mastering awareness of the Self. What energy comes forward when we work on a specific center? How are the mental, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual bodies of the Self behaving? Through this metaphysical process, can we release what keeps us blocked from living in our authentic truth and rewrite the patterns we may have learned through trauma or poor programming.
