New and Full Moon Gentle Yoga, Meditation and Sound Bath

Relax and recharge with a soothing combination of restorative yoga and a soundbath. This unique experience is designed to guide you into a state of deep rest, allowing you to release stress and tension. The session begins with gentle, floor-based restorative yoga poses, allowing your body to soften and your nervous system to calm down.As you rest in these comfortable postures, the experience transitions into a meditative soundbath. You'll be "bathed" in the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. These soothing sounds help quiet the mind and encourage a state of profound relaxation. By combining the physical and mental benefits of restorative yoga with the therapeutic sounds of a soundbath, you'll leave feeling completely refreshed, centered, and renewed.
